Your final price is set only in a written proposal after we measure your openings in person and confirm product selections, site conditions, and any repairs needed (for example rot, structural, or trim work). Prices, products, and availability can change without notice until a written agreement is signed by both you and Northern Winds.

From time to time we advertise promotions, such as a percentage off window installation. Unless the promotion says otherwise:

• The offer applies only to the products or services named in the promotion and only to new projects with a signed written agreement during the promotion period.
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to work already contracted or completed.
• Discounts have no cash value and are calculated on the eligible portion of your project.
• We may change or end a promotion at any time, but we will honor the terms that applied when you signed your agreement.

The specific terms of any promotion will be confirmed in your written proposal.

When financing is offered, it is provided by third-party lenders, not by Northern Winds. Approval, rates, terms, and payments are set by the lender and are subject to credit approval. Any payment examples on the Website are for illustration only. Please review the lender's own terms before you apply.

Installation and other services are performed only under a separate written agreement between you and Northern Winds. That agreement describes the scope of work, price, schedule, payment terms, and warranty, and it controls if anything on the Website conflicts with it.

Product warranties, including those for Andersen, ProVia, and Thermo-Tech products, are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's terms. Any workmanship warranty from Northern Winds is described in your written agreement.

Information on the Website about energy savings, comfort, security, or home value is general. Actual results vary with your home, climate, products chosen, and how the home is used.

When you submit a form or request a quote, you agree that Northern Winds may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request and your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text message, replying to an email, or calling us. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website's text, design, logos, and photos of our projects belong to Northern Winds or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Andersen, ProVia, Thermo-Tech, Google, Facebook, and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. References to them describe products we install or services we use and do not imply that those companies endorse the Website.

The Website links to sites we do not control, such as Google, Facebook, manufacturer sites, and financing providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available."
